60 One-, Two- & Three-Bedroom Apartments – Opening January 2027
Way Finders is accepting applications for The Clover, a new 60-unit affordable rental building at 99 Lyman Street, South Hadley. Units include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The building is scheduled to open in January 2027. A public lottery drawing will be held November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
