The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation invites nature enthusiasts (ages 12+) to Beginner Birding walks every Wednesday in April 2025 (9:00–9:30 AM) at the Notch Visitor Center (1500 West St., Amherst).
Program Highlights:
- Gentle ¼-mile guided walks (accessible terrain)
- Learn about bird behaviors, habitats, and conservation
- Bring: Binoculars, sketchbooks, or cameras (optional)
- Perfect for new birdwatchers and curious nature lovers
