The “Cops and Bobbers, Hooks and Ladders” Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Dufresne Park in Granby. The free event introduces youth to fishing with assistance from local police, Massachusetts State Police, UMass police, Granby police, and US Fish and Wildlife officials. All equipment (poles, bait) and food will be provided. Additional activities include K9 demonstrations.
