Straw Dog Writers Guild will host a Writers Night Out on Tuesday, March 3, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forbes Library. The event will include an open mic session and a featured reading. For the open mic, ten readers will be selected by random drawing from those who sign up by 5:50 PM; each will have five minutes. The second half of the evening will feature writer Patricia Lee Lewis. The event is free and requires no registration to attend.

Featured writer Patricia Lee Lewis is an award-winning poet, retreat leader, and co-founder of Straw Dog Writers Guild. Her first novel is Thorns of the Mesquite.
