The ViewFinder Belchertown Nature Photography Contest launches on Saturday, March 21, at 1:30 PM at the Pocket Park at Lake Wallace, following the Frog Hop Trail Tidy. The juried all-ages contest runs through May 30, 2026, with photos judged in youth (up to 17) and adult (18+) divisions across Wildlife, Landscape, and Macro/Up-Close categories. Photos must be taken in Belchertown. Camera kits, including a cellphone microscope attachment, are available at the Clapp Memorial Library from March 23 to May 30. Submissions can be made online or at the library during designated help sessions. A winners reception will be held on July 1.
