During the week of April 27, 2026, crews from Baltazar Construction and Ondrick Paving will place the first coat of asphalt on the newly activated roundabout at University Drive and Amity Street. Grading begins Monday, with asphalt placement expected Tuesday and Wednesday. Paving may require short-term closures of certain legs; all traffic will be accommodated but drivers are advised to seek alternate routes. Following paving, crews will install remaining street light pole bases and granite curb.
