Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery will host Pasture Day on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (cows released at 1:00 PM). The family-friendly, free event celebrates the cows’ release into the pasture after winter. New this year: the event uses the pasture north of the store across Barstow Lane (electric fence will be on). Free walking farm tours at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM (wear muddy shoes; about 1/4 mile with hills). Live music by Old Country Road from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Limited lunch and ice cream menu available (drive-thru window open for walk-up only). The farm is located at 172 Hockanum Road, Hadley.
