Hands-On STEM Program for Ages 5-10 – Registration Required
The Hitchcock Center presents the Breezy Seeds Engineering Challenge on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Munson Memorial Library Hall, 1046 South East Street, South Amherst. Children ages 5-10 (with an adult) will read about seed dispersal, engineer their own seed pod from common materials, test how far it flies, and visit a live creature that carries seeds. Registration required. Sponsored by the Friends of the Jones Libraries. Parking in front of the library or in the neighboring church lot.
