Donate New School Supplies for Students in Need – Through August 12
The Amherst Police Department is collecting new school supplies for Project Backpack, in partnership with the Amherst Regional Public Schools Family Center and The Bridge Family Resource Center. Donations of backpacks, pens, pencils, folders, binders, notebooks, crayons, markers, glue, tape, calculators, scissors, and more are being accepted now through August 12, 2026. Drop off items in the lobby of the Amherst Police Department, 111 Main Street, Amherst.
