Cancer Connection will host Mirrors: Equine Assisted Mindfulness Workshop on Saturday, May 24, and Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Heroes, Horses & Hounds farm in Sunderland. Facilitated by Colleen Campbell and Cris Carl, this workshop offers participants time to connect with horses and reflect through mindfulness, journaling, and group discussion.
The program helps individuals process lessons from cancer treatment, rediscover play, and reconnect with themselves and others. No horse riding is involved, and the workshop takes place entirely outdoors.
Appropriate clothing and footwear are required. Details will be provided upon registration.
