Belchertown Overcoming Adversity Together will host a candlelight vigil on Thursday, August 28, 2025, (International Overdose Awareness Day) at Belchertown Common (23 Main St). The event begins at 6 PM with resource tables, Narcan training, and luminary bag decorating. A 7 PM program will feature personal stories from affected families and professionals, followed by a luminaria memorial.
This event honors lives lost to overdose and provides harm reduction resources to the community.
