The Beneski Museum of Natural History will host its 10th annual Identify-It Day on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 1 PM to 4 PM on the museum’s 2nd floor. Admission is free and open to all.
Visitors are encouraged to bring fossils, seashells, rocks, meteorites, feathers, leaves, or photos of plants and animals for scientists to identify. Attendees can also explore specimens from the museum’s collection, which includes over 200,000 objects.
Parking is available on campus, and the museum is wheelchair accessible. Regular museum hours are Tuesday–Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM, and weekends, 10 AM to 5 PM.
