Hadley Public Library will host an Adult Art Program with Dabble Art Market on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The workshop will guide participants through creating a collage from hand-painted watercolor paper using handmade, non-toxic watercolors. Attendees will learn watercolor and collage techniques and complete an 8″ x 10″ artwork. This program is for adults ages 18 and up.
