Belchertown’s new Senior and Veteran Tax Work-Off Program offers eligible residents (age 65+ or veterans) up to $1,000 in property tax relief in exchange for community service. Volunteers can assist in town offices, schools, outdoor projects, or outreach efforts during the pilot program (September 1–November 15).
