An information session for Amherst Community Homes, a new limited-equity homeownership opportunity, will be held on Saturday, February 7, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The session will cover eligibility and the application process for the 30 affordable townhouse-style homes at 195 Montague Road. The event will be held in-person at the North Amherst Library (8 Montague Road) and virtually via Zoom. Applications are available through February 24, 2026.
