Book Donations Accepted July 2-12 – 5 Box Limit
The League of Women Voters of Amherst will hold its Giant Book Sale at a new, air-conditioned location: 41 Russell Street, Hadley (next to the Hampton Inn). Book donations are accepted July 2 through July 12, 2026 (closed July 4), 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a 5-box limit per drop-off.
Sale Dates – Friday, July 24, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The sale runs Friday, July 24, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays (July 25-26 and August 1-2) 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The sale features gently used books, rare books, coffee table books, children’s books, DVDs, and CDs at low prices. Ample free parking is available.
