Amherst Ballet will host its Barre and Bar workshop on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The workshop will take place at Amherst Ballet and is part of an occasional series focused on ballet foundations. This session will concentrate on jump technique, beginning with the smallest jumps, and is designed for adult beginners as well as dancers returning to ballet after time away. Participants are invited to stay after the workshop to socialize and enjoy snacks, mocktails, and cocktails. The suggested donation is $60, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
