Cocktail & Appetizer Tasting to Benefit Hitchcock Center
The Hitchcock Center for the Environment will host Battle of the Botanicals on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Powerhouse at Amherst College. The 21+ event features local bartender and chef teams creating botanically inspired appetizer and cocktail pairings. Attendees vote for their favorites; the top three bartenders compete in a live mix-off judged by local celebrities.
Supports Environmental Justice
