Political Uses of Madness exhibition

Exhibition: The Political Uses of Madness, at UMCA

The University Museum of Contemporary Art (UMCA) will present “The Political Uses of Madness,” an exhibition by artist Tammy Nguyen, from Friday, October 17, 2025, through Thursday, May 8, 2026. The exhibition is in the Randolph W. Bromery Center for the Arts at UMass Amherst (151 Presidents Dr).

The exhibition features new circular paintings created in response to the Ellsberg Papers from the UMass Libraries and specimens from the UMass Herbarium. An opening reception will be held on Thursday, October 16, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
