Hadley Public Library will host a Pop Up Art School program for teens and tweens to create needle-felted bubble tea patches. Sessions take place on September 30, October 10, and October 17, 2025, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
The program is open to participants ages 10 and older. Space is limited, and sign-ups are encouraged. Drop-ins will be accepted only if space allows.
