An online cooking demonstration titled “Mini Cheesecakes with Raspberry Sauce” will be held on Monday, February 9, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Led by chef and registered dietitian Heidi McIndoo, the program will provide a recipe for a Valentine’s Day dessert. Registrants will receive the recipe in advance to cook along during the live session. The program is hosted by the Jones Library and will be recorded for later viewing.
Registration is required via the library’s event page. A Zoom link and the recipe will be sent upon registration.
Presenter Heidi Reichenberger McIndoo is a registered dietitian, author, and nutrition consultant with 25 years of experience.
