The inaugural R.I.S.E. Fest (Resilience in Self Expression) comes to 33 Hawley, Northampton on April 18–19, 2025, offering two days of creative empowerment for youth. Founded by Jarrett & Gina Krosoczka, this event blends:
Friday, April 18 (5:00–8:00 PM) – Teens:
- Author panels with Holly Black, Raúl The Third, Brian Selznick
- Performances by youth musicians/dancers
- Workshops in writing, visual arts, and theater
Saturday, April 19 – Kids/Tweens:
- Interactive art stations
- Youth makers’ market
- Food court with local vendors
