Free Tours and Museum Exhibits
The Stone House Museum in Belchertown will open for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 9, with free tours of the historic Stone House, Memorial Garden, and Demonstration Garden. Costumed guides will lead visitors through the vibrant history of the community’s founding families.
Plant Sale, Tag Sale & “Old Bags” Fundraiser
The opening day event features a plant sale for spring gardening, a tag sale, and the museum’s famous “old bags” sale offering gently used handbags and accessories. All purchases directly support the museum. Additional donations are welcome.
