The UMass Amherst Libraries will host a special Birds of Prey presentation with Tom Ricardi on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the W. E. B. Du Bois Library, Lower Level, 154 Hicks Way, Amherst, Massachusetts. Ricardi, a licensed rehabilitator and wildlife biologist, will introduce several raptors from the Massachusetts Birds of Prey Rehabilitation Center in Conway, MA.
This program is part of Homecoming activities and is open to the community. Attendees will have the chance to learn about peregrine falcons and other raptors, including those featured on the Libraries’ peregrine falcon cam.
