Free Screening on Giant Screen – Bring Picnic, Blankets & Chairs – Make Cardboard Cars
Sunderland Public Library (20 School Street, Sunderland) hosts an outdoor “Drive-In” movie screening of Pixar’s Cars (rated PG) on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM on the giant screen in the library’s backyard. Bring your own picnic, blankets, and chairs. Families are encouraged to make their own cardboard car to “drive in.” Cardboard boxes and simple instructions are available at the library starting August 3.
