The University Museum of Contemporary Art (UMCA) will host “Vote for Art!” on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Randolph W. Bromery Center for the Arts at UMass Amherst. UMass students from the Collecting 101 course will present artworks for potential acquisition into the museum’s permanent collection.
The public can attend in person or online to hear presentations and vote for their favorite artwork. The winning piece will be purchased by the museum, continuing its initiative to acquire works by women artists and artists of color.
