Cancer Connection in Northampton will offer a free in-person workshop on Ayurvedic oil self-massage on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Participants will learn simple techniques to balance the body, calm the mind, and support everyday well-being. The workshop is open to anyone with a cancer diagnosis or primary caregivers.
