Clapp Memorial Library will offer an eight-week Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction Awareness course beginning on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM. Sessions will be held every Thursday through April 30, 2026, at Clapp Memorial Library in Belchertown.
The introductory course is designed to teach and practice mindfulness-based skills that focus on being fully present in the moment. When practiced regularly, these techniques can help reduce stress levels and support overall well-being and health. The skills taught are gentle and free of judgment. Because each session builds on the previous week, participants are asked to register only if they can attend all eight sessions.
