The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) has closed a section of the Norwottuck Rail Trail between South East Street and Station Road in Amherst, effective immediately, to accommodate safety inspections and repairs. The closure will remain in effect until further notice. The remainder of the trail remains open.
