BHS Students Transform Elementary Drawings into 3D Sculptures
The Belchertown Creative Economy presents a collaborative art show featuring Swift River Elementary students’ 2D monster drawings reimagined as 3D sculptures by Belchertown High School students. A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clapp Memorial Library, 19 South Main Street, Belchertown. The artwork will be on display for the entire month of May.
Featured Artists and Participating Classes
The show features work from Mrs. Teixeira’s Studio Art 1B ceramics classes, Ms. Roy and Ms. Otto’s second grade classes, under the direction of their art teacher Ms. Majka.
