Town Council Recognizes LGBTQ+ Pride Month
The Town of Amherst will hold a Pride Month Proclamation and Flag Raising on Monday, June 1, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM on the steps of Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Avenue. Amherst Town Councilors will read a proclamation recognizing June as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer+ (LGBTQ+) Pride Month, followed by the raising of the Progress Pride flag on the UN flagpole on the North Common. The flag will fly from June 1 through June 30.
