Latinx dance lessons will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the W. E. B. Du Bois Library Promenade, located between the library’s upper deck and the Old Chapel. In case of rain, the event will move to the RECESS space on the 2nd floor of the library.
The event is hosted by UMass Libraries, the student group Contagio, and the Latinx American Cultural Center. The lessons aim to provide a safe and fun environment for Latinx students and offer an opportunity for others to learn more about Latinx culture and dance traditions.
