Call for Local & Regional Artists – Theme: Everyday Sublime
Gallery A3 in Amherst announces an open call for its 11th Annual Juried Show, to be held August 6-29, 2026, with an opening reception on Friday, August 7, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Submissions are accepted online from May 10 through June 7, 2026. This year’s theme is “Everyday Sublime,” exploring awe, wonder, and the personal experience within an impersonal universe.
Juror Andrew S. Yang – Professor at School of the Art Institute Chicago
The juror is Andrew S. Yang, a Pioneer Valley resident and professor at the School of the Art Institute Chicago. The juried show offers local and regional artists the opportunity to exhibit in a downtown Amherst gallery.
