A Sema devotional gathering featuring live music and Sufi whirling meditation will take place on November 29, 2025, at the Sirius Community in Shutesbury, MA. The event includes a sauna session at 3 PM, a potluck at 6 PM, and the Sema ceremony at 7:30 PM. Sema is a traditional practice rooted in Sufism that brings together chanting, music, and whirling meditation. The ceremony traces back to the teachings of the 13th-century poet and mystic Rumi.
