Judie Teraspulsky, founder of the iconic Judie’s Restaurant in Amherst, will share her story on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. She will discuss her journey from baking as a child to opening the restaurant in 1977, her philosophy of food as art, and the “Expect the Unexpected” motto that made Judie’s a beloved local institution known for its popovers, creative menus, and vibrant atmosphere. The event will be held at the Amherst Woman’s Club, 35 Triangle Street.
