A Writers Reading event, curated by poet Abigail Chabitnoy, will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM at UMass Downtown (108 N Pleasant St, Amherst). Chabitnoy will be joined by authors Melissa Dickey, Hannah Brooks-Motl, and Joan Tate, who will read from their work.
Chabitnoy is an assistant professor at UMass Amherst and the author of several poetry collections. The event is presented in partnership with the Amherst Business Improvement District.
