Leverett Library will host a High Blood Pressure Education Session on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5 p.m. Leverett Public Health Nurse Sarah Fiske, PhD, RN, CNL, will discuss heart-healthy self-management strategies, treatment options, and updated American Heart Association guidelines. The session will take place at the Leverett Library and is open to the public. No registration is required.
Residents are encouraged to attend to learn practical approaches to managing blood pressure and improving heart health.
